Orly Airport South Terminal

Paris - France - 2014-2015

Paris-Orly airport facilities managers plan to develop an inclusive access strategy, aiming to make Orly South Terminal accessible to everyone. The strategy should provide guidance improving people’s mobility and access to services while continuing to offer a high-quality assistance service.
In order to understand peole’s needs and access issues, an inclusive access audit was conducted, including site survey, users’ observations and interviews of members of staff. The study highlighted a number of issues encountered by users of the terminal, such as wayfinding, personal assistance and access to services.
