The CEA Grenoble and the Agefiph started a partnership with the aim to facilitate access to employment for disabled people. This allowed the CEA to create an in-house team of access experts, dedicated to the implementation of good practice inclusive solutions, first trialed in a pilot building, then deployed on all buildings located on site.
We assisted the client, by setting up inclusive access standards and checking that the solutions proposed by the design team were compliant. A multisensory signage guide was drafted as part of the project, providing guidance on inclusive access solutions to facilitate wayfing for all, including disabled people.
